Jonna Beiletti
Jonna oversees all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing. Once an offer is accepted, she begins the complex closing process by coordinating home inspections, assisting in negotiations of repairs, ordering termite letters, home warranties and more! She works closely with the lender and attorney to ensure the appraisal and mortgage process goes smoothly and title and funds are ready for closing. As a licensed Realtor and transaction coordinator, Jonna brings over 19 years of real estate experience to the Team. Her knowledge and problem-solving skills help ensure our clients a stress-free closing.
