It’s small wonder that Edgewood has been exploding in popularity these last few years. The revived early-centuries that line quiet, tree-lined streets lend a quintessentially Atlantan ‘established-small-neighborhood’ vibe; still, as is the case where Memorial meets Moreland, centrality is key, with residents finding no shortage of nearby restaurants, shopping, entertainment options, easy access to the Beltline, and just about the quickest commute you’re likely to find ITP. In other words, the same qualities that made Candler Park all the rage a couple decades ago.
